Frequently asked questions

01.What exactly does the project manager do?

Your project manager is your single point of contact. They line up the installer, schedule any needed roof or tree work, handle all permit applications, communicate with Pepco for interconnection, and oversee every inspection. They stay on the job until your system is activated and producing power.

02. What if my roof needs repairs before solar?

Your project manager will coordinate with a licensed roofing contractor. We’ll assess your roof during the initial site visit, include any necessary repairs in the overall project plan, and manage the roofer’s schedule so everything flows smoothly into the solar installation.

03. Do I have to deal with Pepco and permits myself?

No. Your project manager handles every utility application, permit filing, and inspection appointment. You won’t need to call Pepco or visit a permit office – we do all of that for you.

How long does the whole process take?

Most residential projects take 45–75 days from signed agreement to system activation. Your project manager provides a realistic timeline upfront and keeps you updated every step of the way.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We work with reputable finance partners to offer loan options, including zero‑down programs for qualified homeowners. Your project manager can walk you through the choices and help you pick the best fit for your budget.
